Focused ultrasound lifting
Ultherapy Prime
300 shots. Session 30–90 minutes.
Including VAT. Standard price afterward is set at consultation.
Prices, 2026
Seven treatment groups, priced item by item. Three price columns show the available tiers, followed by the total including VAT.
Quick answer
Kind Global Clinic Myeongdong offers non-surgical dermatology in seven groups: focused ultrasound lifting, radiofrequency lifting, contour and body line, skin boosters, pores, acne and skincare, botulinum toxin, single-visit packages. This page lists 69 published treatment options, with a VAT-inclusive total for every one. Korean and foreign patients pay the same amounts. The tourist VAT refund on cosmetic treatment ended on December 31, 2025 and does not apply in 2026.
How to read it
Korean price lists are confusing by convention rather than by intent. Once you know what the columns mean they are straightforward.
| Column | What it means | Who pays it |
|---|---|---|
| List price | The clinic's undiscounted schedule price. | The undiscounted reference price; confirm which price applies to your appointment. |
| Standard price | The price a returning patient pays today. | You do, on every visit after your first. This is the one to budget against. |
| First-visit price | Available once, on a patient's first visit to the clinic. | You do, once only. Currently six treatments carry one. |
| You pay, VAT included | The applicable price plus 10% Korean value-added tax, which clinic price lists exclude by convention. | You do, at the front desk. This is the amount that leaves your account. |
A Seoul price you see quoted anywhere — a clinic site, a blog, an agency brochure — is probably excluding VAT, so add 10% before you compare it with a price at home. And if you plan to come back, the first-visit column is not your real cost; the standard column is.
The table
Grouped by what the treatment does. Session lengths sit with each group, because a price without a duration is not enough to plan a trip.

Botulinum toxin is a prescription medicine. Korean law restricts naming prescription products in public advertising, so the four stocked tiers are shown by tier. The doctor names the specific product during your consultation, before you agree to anything.

All amounts are Korean won. The first three columns exclude VAT, matching the clinic’s own published basis. The final column is what you hand over: the applicable price plus 10% VAT.
Korean and foreign patients pay the same price. There is no foreigner rate and no facilitator surcharge added to your bill.
The 10% VAT refund for foreign tourists’ cosmetic procedures ended on December 31, 2025. It was a temporary measure under article 107-3 of the Restriction of Special Taxation Act, and the National Assembly let it lapse. Anything you read promising a VAT refund on cosmetic treatment in Korea in 2026 is out of date.
US dollar figures are a guide only, converted at KRW 1,336.2 to $1 (European Central Bank reference rates via api.frankfurter.dev for USD, JPY and EUR; exchangerate-api.com via open.er-api.com for TWD, September 9, 2026). Your card issuer will use its own rate on the day.
The clinic’s full statutory fee schedule for non-covered services is published here. Where that schedule and this page ever disagree, the clinic’s schedule governs.
Paying
One tax change this year materially affects what a trip costs. Most sites have not updated for it.
01
The 10% VAT refund on foreign tourists’ cosmetic procedures ended on December 31, 2025. It ran from 2016 under article 107-3 of the Restriction of Special Taxation Act and was allowed to lapse in the December 2025 tax bill. There is no refund to claim in 2026, at this clinic or any other.
02
The final column of the table is the amount that leaves your account. If you have been budgeting from a pre-VAT figure you found elsewhere, add 10% to it before comparing.
03
Major international cards are accepted. Your issuer applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee, so the charge in your own currency will not match the guide figures here. Raise a low daily limit before traveling if you are considering a package.
04
No deposit is taken to hold an appointment and nothing is charged before you arrive. You pay at the clinic after the consultation, once the plan and the total have been confirmed in person. If you decide against it at that point, you pay nothing.
05
Korean clinics are required to publish a fee schedule for non-covered services. Kind Global Clinic’s is published here, and where it and this page ever disagree, it governs and this page gets corrected.
06
Botulinum toxin appears in the table as four tiers rather than four brand names. Korean law restricts naming prescription medicines in public advertising, so the specific product is named by the doctor during your consultation, before you agree to anything.
Once only
Six treatments carry a one-time first-visit price. They are the clinic’s standard acquisition pricing, not something arranged for foreign patients.

A first-visit price makes it cheap to find out how your skin responds to a category of treatment. That knowledge is worth more than the discount itself. A first Shurink Universe session tells you whether focused ultrasound does anything for your face before you consider spending several times as much on the imaging platform. It is the sequence we would suggest to a friend.
Questions
Including the two questions clinics tend to be vague about: dual pricing, and what happened to the VAT refund.
Korean clinics routinely publish a list price, a discounted standard price, and a lower one-time first-visit price for the same item. That is why one treatment appears to cost three different amounts. The list price is the undiscounted schedule figure. The standard price is what a returning patient pays. The first-visit price applies once. All three sit in one table on this page precisely so they cannot drift apart. A fourth column shows the amount you actually hand over, including VAT.
VAT is not included in the prices Korean clinics publish, including Kind Global Clinic’s — the convention is to quote excluding the 10% value-added tax and add it at payment. This regularly catches visitors off guard: a 600-shot Oligio X treatment advertised at KRW 749,000 costs KRW 823,900 at the front desk. Every table on this site therefore carries a final column showing the VAT-inclusive amount. That column is the number to budget against.
No — the 10% VAT refund for foreign tourists’ cosmetic procedures ended on December 31, 2025 and does not apply to any treatment in 2026. It had run since 2016 as a temporary measure under article 107-3 of the Restriction of Special Taxation Act, and the National Assembly let it lapse in the December 2025 tax bill rather than extending it. Any clinic, blog or agency still advertising a VAT refund on cosmetic treatment is working from outdated information. Treat the rest of that page with the same caution.
Major international cards are widely accepted at Seoul clinics including Kind Global Clinic, and card is the usual way visitors pay. Your issuer applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee, so the charge in your own currency will differ from the guide figures on this page. If your card has a low daily limit, raise it before you travel: a package treatment can exceed a default limit. Confirm your intended payment method when you get in touch rather than at the front desk.
No deposit is taken to hold an appointment, and nothing is charged before you arrive at the clinic. You pay at the clinic, after the consultation, once the plan and the total have been confirmed to you in person. If you decide during the consultation that you do not want to proceed, you pay nothing and you have lost only the time. If any operator asks for money up front to hold a slot, it is reasonable to ask what exactly it covers.
We transcribed every price on this page from Kind Global Clinic’s own published treatment pages and verified it on September 10, 2026. The exchange rate carries its own date. Korean aesthetic prices move, particularly the standard prices, so the clinic’s statutory fee schedule for non-covered services governs where it and this page ever disagree — it is linked below the table. If you spot a difference, tell us and it gets corrected here rather than argued about.
Pigment and vascular laser treatments, hair removal and several injectable categories are deliberately not itemized on this page, because the clinic’s published tables for them do not label every row clearly enough to transcribe without guessing. Publishing a number we cannot attribute to a specific treatment would be worse than omitting it. The clinic’s full statutory fee schedule, linked below the table, covers everything; ask and you will get a written quote for anything not listed here.
